Crimes against the Security of the State
Course Description :

This course deals with crimes affecting the external security of the state, represented in treason and crimes against international law, espionage and contacting the enemy for illegal purposes and endangering the state’s integrity and national feeling, in addition to the crimes of contractors. It deals with crimes against internal security of the state, such as felonies against the constitution, usurpation of political authority, sedition, terrorism, and national unity derogation the state’s financial position.
